Now settled in the UK with their soon-to-be family of five, they bring a global perspective to their work, having relocated to pursue fresh opportunities and expand their expertise.
Ilkka, the CEO, is a highly driven and accomplished enterprise sales veteran with natural leadership abilities. His experience spans go-to-market strategy, outreach, and business development, with a focus on building high-performing, productive sales teams. Ilkka’s expertise lies in selling SaaS and consulting solutions, ranging from £200k to £7 million ACV, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets since his second year in the industry. His ability to engage and sell to C-suite executives has been a cornerstone of his career.
Ariane, the company’s CFO and CMO, is a qualified primary school teacher with a specialisation in teaching students with dyslexia. Her keen eye for design, paired with her strong organisational skills, brings a unique perspective to the business. Ariane’s passion for helping others shines through in her work, where she handles all compliance, finance, and marketing activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company. Her background in teaching has honed her ability to simplify complex processes and communicate effectively—skills that are invaluable when managing the business.
